Parents, do you really need toxic culture prevention? After all, you're busier than any generation of parents before you, and you're facing some of the most difficult circumstances for raising healthy, responsible children. And let's be honest, sometimes it's easier to sit back and just let kids be kids. After all, not every adolescent ends up pregnant or in jail, and not every child will become violent. Your child may experiment with drugs and alcohol and not be the 1 in 6 who gets addicted.
But if you decide to take your chances and do nothing, at least know your odds-they're about the same as putting a bullet in the chamber of a revolver, giving it a spin, and pulling the trigger. Doing nothing to keep your children from the life-changing effects of the toxic culture is a dangerous game to play with your child's future.
